High Ethical Standards
Blooming Flowers will commit and maintain the responsibility of being truthful at all times. Integrity comes from maintaining the highest ethical standards in our dealings with each other, our business partners and the families that we serve.
Safety
Safety is our #ONE PRIORITY. Our vehicles will be inspected and serviced at all appropriate times. Through extensive background checks (criminal and drivers record), we will ensure that each employee meets the requirements to keep each child safe. In addition each employee will be subjected to take a mandatory drug/alcohol screening test at the start of employment and randomly during the course of employeement. Each employee is required to obtain CPR certification. There is a strict No Cell Phone policy while transporting children. Also, we will provide contact information to all parents of the riders assistant if there is a need for immediate contact.
Reliability
We promise to be on time to every pick up and drop off location. We will contact families at least 24 hours ahead of time if there are any concerns. We have back up vehicles to ensure that each family is not inconvenienced in the event that one of our vehicles becomes unavailable.
Teamwork
We view our customers as partners and focus on building long-term relationships. we foster excellent working relationships between our families and our team through a variety of ways to communicate. Each year, we will attend back to school events, PTA meetings as well as summer programs to give each family the opportunity to meet the staff of Blooming Flowers Transportation
